What is the response time of this monitor null

According to the specifications, the response time is 4ms.

Not sure what you mean by response time. If you are using a Mac, it takes a bit of fiddling to get the 60hz. The default will be 30hz. All in all, the response is fairly quick and smooth, but it could be friendlier with Apple products. I am not sure I would buy the same monitor again.
