If you’re not hearing any sound from your MX-ST90B while connected via Bluetooth, here are a few quick things to try: Make sure the volume is turned up on both the speaker and your connected device Confirm the speaker is set to Bluetooth (BT) mode Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth connection Try “forgetting” the speaker on your device, then pair it again Check that the speaker isn’t connected to another device Restart both the speaker and your phone or TV If the issue continues, trying a different device can help narrow down the cause.
