• A:Answer Hi TheSwede1, Yes you can! Make sure that the Sound Tower is plugged in for power and that the unit is turned OFF. Then press and hold the MUTE button on the REMOTE control for roughly 6 seconds. You will see the right side blink in red color. To turn it back On, repeat the process except the color will be white. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionI have 2 MX-ST90B's & 1 MX-ST50B & have them all paired to play music via bluetooth. I also want to plug in a mic & the sound come thru all 3 speakers when music is turned down or not being played. Currently the mic only comes thru 1 speaker. help

Updating the firmware on your Sound Tower gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. If an update is offered, you can update the firmware by connecting a USB device with the firmware update stored on it to the USB1 or USB2 port on your Sound Tower. You can download the full user manual and firmware version directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Towers”. From there, you can select the MX-ST90B. If you are still having this issue please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST (Ask for Soundbars), 7 days a week.
