Hi Rodney, First please check to see if the power cable is plugged in securely into the unit and outlet. Updating the firmware on your Sound Tower gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. If an update is offered, you can update the firmware by connecting a USB device with the firmware update stored on it to the USB1 or USB2 port on your Sound Tower. You can download the full user manual and firmware version directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Towers”. From there, you can select the MX-ST90B.
