• No stylus comes with the unit but I believe one will work with it.

• No it does not come with an active stylus. The touch function works well, but I"m not sure with an active stylus. My intuition says NO... I say that because the design of typical touch displays vary depending on the intended use. If you want an active stylus, you need to do more research to find one with a display that was designed for use with an "Active stylus" Typical "touch" display work better with fingers, and not well at all with the stylus. It' shard to design for both.
