“I bought this computer. It says it has fingerprint login on the sticker but it doesn't work during setup. Does it have it?”

• I posted this question and this notebook does NOT have a fingerprint sensor. I don't know why Samsung's reps say different things but I've had to OTHER Samsung reps say it doesn't. It's ridiculous. What terrible customer service.

• Yes it works. I log in to my laptop this way and when I accidentally don't use the correct finger , It prompts me to enter my regular password.
