“The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 13.3 we just bought doesn't seem to display the tiny lighting on the keyboard keys for CAPS Lock, NUM Lock, etc. The keyboard backlighting works, just the indicators do not light up. Is this normal? Thank you.”

I picked up the same model about 3 weeks ago, the indicators work as they are supposed to for me.
