I'm not sure if I'll be able to post the link to the BB page successfully, but it does look like Best Buy is offering the JBL promo as well as seen on this page: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/clp-computers-tablets/samsung-jbl-offer/pcmcat1627664722925.c?id=pcmcat1627664722925 Images are attached as well. It looks like we might get the codes emailed to us from Best Buy to redeem through Samsung's website.

Please try again later.While this probably doesn't exactly answer the question, I did receive an email with my order that stated my order was a 'gift with purchase item' but didn't specifically mention the JBL. So my hope is that this is the case as it does seem other vendors are honoring the pre-purchase JBL item but this is definitely something Best Buy needs to answer definitively!
