It looks like we might get the codes emailed to us from Best Buy to redeem through Samsung's website.

• A:Answer Your GPU is pretty old and the SLI is an outdated technology. Dont count on games running at high and smooth frame rates (or at least consistent frame times).

• A:Answer HDMI 2.1 standard supports up to 144Hz refresh over HDMI, including 120Hz with the latest consoles. The full 240Hz action is available only over DisplayPort 1.4 and need a GPU that supports Display Stream Compression (DSC). Any certified HDMI 2.1 cable will allow you the 144Hz rate.

Q: QuestionMy new g9 arrived in the box for the old g9. Even though the box has a sticker that says "Neo G9 Odyssey" sticked on it, the box itself is for the old model. Does anyone else have the same issue? Why is that the case?

• A:Answer Mine did not come like that. The box actually states Neo. I would check the ID on the back of the monitor itself to ensure the product number aligns to the Neo number.

Q: QuestionMy monitor occasionally flashes an image that looks like a small compressed distortion of the desktop. Flashes a few times per hour usually in the lower left part of the screen. Flash is very brief and then image is gone. How to stop it from happening?

• A:Answer Kinda hatd to understand what the problem is by the description given, but I would start with checking the hdmi or dp cable you are running ks adequate. Check your refresh rate settings on the monitor, and pc. Im running my g9 off a 4070ti and havent had any issues. I have however had flicker issues with the g5 hooked up to my Laptop and it was the cable and settings.

• A:Answer Firstly the monitor is physically only capable of 240 hertz. Second any higher end cable will be able to give you that. I run an iVANKY cable and i have no issues whatsoever.
