Mine did not come like that. The box actually states Neo. I would check the ID on the back of the monitor itself to ensure the product number aligns to the Neo number.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They're just using up the old boxes and foam. The shape and size of the product hasn't really changed, I don't think it's anything you need to worry about so long as the monitor itself has the right model number.
