I ran into the same problem. I just entered everything but the last letter, we'll see if that works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The zero vs o thing got me, and you have to use the serial that is on the label on the rear of the monitor, not the one in the OSD. Its on the rear/right side, underneath the cable management cover. (Wish I had known before I mounted it to my stand).
