I would contact samsung or best buy if you bought geek squad protection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most likely this is a vertical line of dead pixels. If you cannot troubleshoot the issue away the monitor is probably defective. This is actually the reason I purchased this monitor because my previous one had the same issue.
