• Displayport let's you use gsync, but beware a good percentage of people get flickering, with rtx u should beable to get 240hz 10bit. Hdmi only allows up to 144hz no gsync use. So use display port

• wanted to give firmware version 1009.3 that fixes the flickering issue

• If your video card has at at least HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 - you won't notice any difference. If you only have DP 1.2 I would choose to use the HDMI 2.0.
