“why does it say sold out when it was jus available for pre order”

• Based on early reviews of the monitor, I strongly suspect they have a hardware issue and pulled their available stock to get it straightened out with Samsung. I'm not sure, though. The 27" version is available right now. None of its reviews mention the same issue, which just increases my suspicion.
