“Where can I change the Hz? I'm looking at the menu and I don't see an option to change the Hz and when I go to information it says 60hz but on the TOP of the menu it says 144hz... help?”

Go to menu, then game and make sure free sync is off. Then you will be able to chose your refresh rate. Hopefully this helps.
