No, it doesn´t, you have to download these apps form Google store (they are free), and if you have a microsoft subscription you can edit your word, power point, excel files on the chromebook. If you don´t have a microsoft subscription, you can still read your documents, but if you need to edit them you will have to use google chrome extentions; you need internet connection for that though.

Not to worry though, Google has an entire office suite online. Get. Google email of you don't already have one, that will give you all you need.
