QuestionDoes this come with a stylus? The sales associate said it did, and there’s a pic of one, but there wasn’t one in the box.

- Answer It is attached to the keyboard, look on the right side, right next to the enter key. Push it in and the pen will slide out. Very similar to the Note 9.

- Answer No, but you can get a cheap HDMI dongle that plugs into your usb-c port. They're cheap and most if them can stream 4k video.

- Answer There is no reason. They recommend those accessories for every chromebook. It's really weird. Look at the Samsung Chromebook Pro - it says the same thing. Just DON'T BUY IT!!

- Answer The Samsung Plus 2-1 V2 Chromebook does not have a backlit keyboard but the Samsung Pro Chromebook does.

- Answer No, it doesn´t, you have to download these apps form Google store (they are free), and if you have a microsoft subscription you can edit your word, power point, excel files on the chromebook. If you don´t have a microsoft subscription, you can still read your documents, but if you need to edit them you will have to use google chrome extentions; you need internet connection for that though.

QuestionI'm confused. Is the keyboard deck aluminum or not? I know the bottom is plastic, but all the video reviews said that the keyboard deck is aluminum (or some metal) and when I used the Celeron version at Best Buy I was pretty sure it was metal. Thoughts?

QuestionIs the core m3 processor 8th generation? On the Samsung website it said "Intel Core m3 8th generation" but here it just says "Intel Core m3 Inside." Also, why does this computer gets so-so reviews on Samsung's website and excellent reviews here?
