“I purchased this kit for my S8+ and when I look at the battery, I see 2.55 Ah or 2550 mAh. This is about HALF what they advertise it as! We had the same experience with the kit Verizon offered for the S7. WHAT GIVES !!”

Its meant to keep your phone from dying until you get to a reliable charger not to be an actual battery. I understand your frustrations but it was made as an emergency purpose device not 911 but more for "hey my phone going dead let me plug this until i get home to get my charger
