QuestionDo you actually have to plug the base in to get it to charge or does it somehow get power from your Wi-Fi? I don't understand how it works. Thanks

- Answer No, you have to plug the base to an outlet, and place the phone on the base to charges this is a wireless charge. It does not get power from Wi-Fi connection

- Answer No it does not. You must have a adaptive fast charger for it to work plugged in but the auto plug comes with 2 plug ins.

- Answer The Pixel 2 does not have wireless charging so the charging dock will not work with that phone. However the other adapters will because they use USB type C.

- Answer The cables for the wireless charger and the car charger are about five feet long. The cable for the battery pack is about six inches long. If your advant has wirelessly charging capability it should work, the fast charge only works with models that are fast charge capable.
