I believe you may have missed out on your warranty with BestBuy, but contact Samsung customer service. They are fantastic. I had an issue with my PowerBot being unable to clear an error. They worked with me to Troubleshoot it, and when that didn't work sent me a UPS label to send it back. They fixed and returned the vacuum in less than a week at no charge.
