• The wheels are rubber. Don’t think it would cause any scratches to your floors.

• The bristle or roller will not scratch your floor. However if your robot somehow gets stuck and keep spinning its wheel, there is potential it may scratch soft wood.

• Yes. This bot is safe for real wood floors. I have very expensive wood floors (no idea the type of wood: my wife picked, I paid) and the vacuum is gentle on them *thumbs up emoji*
