• I haven't had any issues with my wood flooring. It's worked without any issues even when it bumps the wall.

• I have bamboo floors and have not had any issues. The brushes are soft and work great on the wood, tile and carpets.

• The Samsung floor bot has a soft bristle brush and a soft rubber brush. It doesn't scratch my hardwood floors and I think bamboo is harder to scratch. I'd buy it.
