• Would think this would work on any item that uses a micro card as long as the manufator states it can go up to the stoarge amount denoted on the card

• Yes, this card will work with just about any device that supports the microSD card size. The speeds probably won't reach the listed speeds on the Tab 4 but that's just a limitation of the hardware.
