• If you are refering to Samsung tablet and/or phone, yes. As long as it has slot for sd card (possibly would be combined with sim card slot. But you said Samsung and I pad (I pad is Apple). So if you have Apple "I pad" product, I do not think they accept sd cards. You would have to use USB c or USB lightening drive that would go into charging port in order to transfer photos to/from device.
