Hi joe, The PSPGo does not directly support microSD cards as expandable memory, so the PRO Plus microSD card is not compatible without the use of a third party adapter. ~Samsung Pro

If you have a connector for this card, then it will work. SD cards are a well known standard. You will probably have to format it, but that is all.
