It actually says woofer under the button. It allows you to set the subwoofer volume from -6 to +6. I can't believe Samsung was SO LAME they didn't even answer this question properly!!!!

Q: QuestionThe treble is too loud. There's no bass, i tried all the settings. The volume is not the same, it goes up and down.

• A:Answer I'm not able to get better sound. I see the display change when i adjust the treble, bass, sound control but the sound doesn't change. There's no bass even when turned up all the way. Im using a hdmi and optical cable. The sound level never stays the same. Is it defective? I read a lot of positive reviews, I'm not happy. I have another soundbar that's not supposed to be as good, it sounds so much better.

Q: QuestionI loaded a usb flashdrive into this bar to play music ..is there a way to turn the shuffle off? I want it to play the folders as they are on the flash drive...no repeat no ff...seems its barebones when it comes to usb playback...thanks

• A:Answer Hello Chad! When “TV ARC” scrolls across the soundbar display while adjusting the volume, it means the soundbar is confirming that the audio source is the TV through the ARC connection. This can happen when the TV sends a control signal each time the volume is changed. To help resolve this, try power cycling both the TV and soundbar by unplugging them from power for about 60 seconds, then plugging them back in. You can also disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable to ensure it is securely connected to the TV’s HDMI ARC/eARC port. ~ Samsung Solutions

You can press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.) Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6. I hope this tip helps improve your enjoyment.
