• A:Answer I'm not able to get better sound. I see the display change when i adjust the treble, bass, sound control but the sound doesn't change. There's no bass even when turned up all the way. Im using a hdmi and optical cable. The sound level never stays the same. Is it defective? I read a lot of positive reviews, I'm not happy. I have another soundbar that's not supposed to be as good, it sounds so much better.

Q: QuestionHow are the sound settings adjusted on the subwoofer? Is there an app to do this?

• A:Answer The button to the right of the volume button will allow you to increase or decrease the volume of just the subwoofer independently from the regular volume. It actually says woofer under the button. It allows you to set the subwoofer volume from -6 to +6. I can't believe Samsung was SO LAME they didn't even answer this question properly!!!!

Q: QuestionIs there an indexing limit on this soundbar...i want to use a 256gb flash to play flac files...that would be about 10000 tracks..is the index limit based on folder count or will it stop indexing in the 2000 area total stick?
