Hello helderpac! Occasionally, customers run into challenges when trying to hide and route speaker wires from the front of the room (where the soundbar is located) to the back of the room for rear speaker placement. A Rear Speaker Kit helps eliminate that hassle by reducing the amount of wiring needed across the room. You’ll only need to connect the wireless receiver module to power, then use the included speaker wire to connect each rear speaker to the module. This makes the setup much cleaner and more convenient. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room. ~ Samsung Solutions
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the 2 rear speakers are connected to each other via a single speaker wire. The left speaker is plugged into a tiny Black Power box, which is plugged into a socket. I just purchased and set this up.Yesterday and it was pretty easy. My rear speakers are high on a ledge, so no wires are really visible. Each speaker from the soundbar to the subwoofer to the rear speakers all have their own power cords. So the Woofer in the corner is plugged in and it wirelessly connects through Bluetooth to the soundbar as do the rear speakers.
