- Answer Hi there SoundG! For the HW-Q990F rear speakers, the best setup is to place them just behind where you sit, with the front of each speaker pointing toward your TV. The side speaker on each unit should face outward toward your side walls. This helps the system create a wider, more immersive surround sound experience. ~ Samsung Solutions

- Answer Unless your viewing/listening needs require things to be wall mounted, then there is really no "install" needed. You simply connect the bar to the TV, plug in the bar, subwoofer and surround speakers and you're in business.

QuestionAt the last minute after placing the order, I received the email confirmation and at the top it stated that it was coming from a 3rd party seller. I thought it was from Best Buy. It's supposed to be new, not refurbished. Any concerns with the seller?

QuestionDo the rear speakers have wireless communication with the sound bar? It may be implied, but I don't see specs for the rear speakers. I assume they are wireless and only need a power supply (AC plug to a receptacle), but I don't want to make an assumption.

QuestionI know the rear speakers connect to the soundbar through a type of transponder positioned on the back part of the room. Does that transponder need to be in direct line of the soundbar for optimal connection? Or can it be positioned per say behind a couch?

QuestionI purchased this surround system to go with my Samsung - 85” Class QN90D Series Neo QLED 4K TV(2024). What soundbar mount will position this under the tv? I have a tall granite backsplash and counter top, so no chance to drill holes to hide wires. Help!
