- Answer Hello Jim! The HW-Q990F features four ways to connect to an external device: Wi-Fi (with select Samsung TVs), HDMI (eARC), digital optical audio, and Bluetooth wireless audio technology. If your TV is compatible with one of these four audio connections, you should have no issue connecting the soundbar to your TV. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi there SoundG! For the HW-Q990F rear speakers, the best setup is to place them just behind where you sit, with the front of each speaker pointing toward your TV. - Answer Unless your viewing/listening needs require things to be wall mounted, then there is really no "install" needed. You simply connect the bar to the TV, plug in the bar, subwoofer and surround speakers and you're in business.

QuestionAt the last minute after placing the order, I received the email confirmation and at the top it stated that it was coming from a 3rd party seller. I thought it was from Best Buy. It's supposed to be new, not refurbished. Any concerns with the seller?

QuestionDo the rear speakers have wireless communication with the sound bar? It may be implied, but I don't see specs for the rear speakers. I assume they are wireless and only need a power supply (AC plug to a receptacle), but I don't want to make an assumption.
