• I would strongly recommend it because it has noise canceling so you can block out any noise around you.

• I have some Bose earbuds that keep falling out of my ear. These Samsung earbuds are comfortable and I have had little to no problems with them staying in place.

• I have very small ears and bought these hoping they would stay in my ears as others won't. These stay in better than most but I could not use them for an active workout.

• Yes they are great for the gym they do not fall out ever during heavy lifting sessions for me! Also they are great for running cardio as well. They are sweat resistant, and also have a decent battery life and sound quality. Cannot beat them for the price!
