Yes you can increase the hear through volume in the Wear app

Should be ajustable on your phone depending on wich model phone you have... once the device links to your phone you should be able to go into the settings adjust the volume... the sound should also learn your patterns

Yes, it has it set up to hear surrounding noise and the call or music, it also has a mode where theyre like ear plugs with the caller or music you can hear only and no surrounding sounds.
