Hi, Chrissy. The typical usage of the Galaxy Buds Pro are between 5-18 hours. If there is a red light on the charging case, it is the case that needs to be charged. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to us on Facebook at (http://m.me/samsungsupport) or Twitter at (https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513). It's an honor to be of assistance. ^Kayla
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The red light means that the case is charging the buds back up. It will show up every time the buds are put back in the case
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The case makes it so u can keep ur headphones powered longer anytime they go in they charge usually pretty quick make sure u keep ur case charged and all is well. Charge last depends on what settings u r using, noise canceling uses more battery 360 audio. Tune your settings to fit your need. For me full blast noise canceling on 5 hours I put them in the case for break I get through a whole day like that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it wouldn’t be green because you just used it. It’s red because it lost some of its battery and it’s charging. The battery life seems to be all right for mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The red light on the case indicates that the case needs to be charged, not the buds. A full charge usually lasts me about a 5 to 7 days of casual use (maybe 2 to 3 hours per day on streaming videos). I can get about 4 full charges before the case indicator turns yellow and about another 3 charges before it goes red. If you're using a compatible Samsung phone, when connecting, a pop up appears that should tell you how much charge you have on the case and on the buds. Hope this helps!
