My phone did not come with all the accessories that were mentioned in the description. Best Buy does not guarantee that all parts or accessories will come with refurbished phones. New phones are refurbished, sometimes, just after buyer's remorse. But they do not guarantee that all accessories will be in the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I may not be the best to answer all of your questions... However, the one I received was basically brand new. Mine did NOT come with the original accesories. But it did come with most of the accessories. I was missing the USB C connector.
