I checked on this in one of the stores in Houston, TX. According to the local manager, the refurbished phones and tablets are going to be online ONLY. Since this is not available for shipping and the 20 random zip codes i added (including NY, LA, Houston, Pennsylvania and Richfield, MN) all came up with 0 available within 250 miles, i have no idea why they would even put this on the website. Availability on a lot of these things is a joke. Cant tell you how many times i have tried to look at a "Geek Squad Certified" open box item, only to be told "not available." Dont bother with the website, just go to the store and hope someone there has some idea of what you are talking about.
