• Wireless yes I would assume reverse charging also but I never tried

• I just received it today, and when I placed it on the wireless charging plate in my SUV the wireless charging worked perfectly. I haven't yet placed in on wireless charging stand I use for overnight charging in screensaver mode (and for an alarm clock), but the back is so thin I do not expect problems with charging.

• Yes, you can wireless charge with the case, however, Samsung urges users to remove the case when reverse charging due to overheating issues. Overall wireless charging - Yes Reverse Charging - yes, but will overheat so please take cover off regardless of which case you choose.
