Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Under normal circumstances, the cover should do an excellent job of protecting the phone screen from scratches. That said, if you feel uncomfortable using the phone without a screen saver, by all means you can get one. Just make sure that it's designed to work with the S21 as there are concerns with screen savers interfering with the under screen fingerprint reader. Of course the S21 comes with Gorilla Glass Victus which Corning bills as the toughest Gorilla Glass yet.

I had a S-view on my Galaxy S9+ for two years and the screen was clear and clean when I traded it in for the S21. The flip case works great.
