Hi there CarolynD! I'd like to provide this link (https://bit.ly/2LEpsqR) to help you get the best drying performance out of your dishwasher. ^Jecca
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I HAVE HAD MY DISHWASHER FOR A MONTH. MAYBE THE SETTING FOR DRYING IS NOT ACTIVATED. I USE THE AUTO SETTING AND MY DISHES ARE DRY WHEN I REMOVE THEM. I DO NOT TAKE MINE OUT IMMEDIATELY SO I WOULD NOT NOTICE IF THEY WERE NOT DRY THOUGH.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So basically, I MUST, buy Rinse Aid in order for the dishes to dry. I wish I could take this back. I have never heard, nor would I ever want, a dishwasher that does not dry the dishes for you. Interesting in the link you sent how they say YOU MUST USE RINSE AID unless you like drying your own dishes. I would NEVER buy this dishwasher again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
