• Not without removing the spinner, heating the plastic axle shaft and straightening it. Not recommended! We had the same problem with our newly delivered Samsung dishwasher. It also had other problems. Best Buy replaced the unit with a new one.

• I am not sure about adjusting the arm but the middle shelf has two positions so if it is hitting I would move it up.
