“Is the listed specs correct as Samsung website listed differently? 23 7/8 inches width by 25 inches depth by 33 7/8 - 35 inches adjustable height.. and cut out deminsion is min width 24 inches, min height 34.1 inches max 35.3 inches by depth min 24 inches”

I just had this installed by Best Buy with no issues, and my cut out is just under 34.5" height x 24.5" wide and I still have a little clearance above and on the sides. So I would go with Samsung's dimensions with 35" being the "max adjustable" height like their website lists.
