“After there is a power outage, will the camera come back on or do have to reset it?”

My cameras HD PLUS are in a different state. Sometimes when the power goes off, the app shows the camera is off line. That could be a problem, because you have to reboot the camera and to do that you have to turn it off and then back on. Since I am out of state, I have installed z-wave outlets, so that I can turn the camera off and on. Could use "smart things outlet" I would think. I also have one camera outside under the porch roof away from the direct weather. Have had no problem with 28 degrees, but if I see that the temperature is dropping to 10 of below zero, I can turn the camera off with the z-wave outlet. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So far the camera has comeback online after an power outage. I have also unplugged it a few times as well to try viewing different rooms without issues of have to reset or resync with wifi or smartthings hub.
