Depends on how cold. This isn't sealed for weather, so if it's exposed it won't last long. It probably will work fine down to very low temperatures since the chips aren't particularly sensitive to very cold and there is no battery in this. You're probably safe down to about 10 deg F.

It's not an outdoor camera, has no weather proofing of any kind. Not water proof and likely not made for unconditioned (heat or A/C) rooms.
