• When I was setting it up, there was a short delay during live-view. Maybe 1 or 1.5 seconds. Works fine for monitoring an area, you wouldn't want to try to use it as a webcam.

• It is very accurate to real time. The audio and motion detector immediately sends alerts to my phone when I enter the house.
