yes, I have this camera in our garage. temps have reached the single digits w/o a problem. metal doors may impact connectivity. if placed close to a wireless garage door opener, the camera will reduce the range of the garage door remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The camera is an indoor cam only, assuming you can protect it, keep it dry, it should work. The camera does put off a little heat so that may be enough. This camera is a wireless camera, I can connect to mine from work or around the world.

Please try again later.As long as the wifi signal reaches and its a decent signal to where the camera is going to be, and it's not outdoors where rain, snow, or high winds are, it will work just fine. I would go by the place where you want to place the camera with your phone, check to see if you can connect to wifi, and load a video from YouTube on your phone, if it loads in decent time, you're good to go.
