• I am not positive about the smoke or CO siren but I use an Arlo pro camera system with it and I am able to use the Arlo siren when the alarm is set off (by setting up an automation routine) so I am assuming you could. The actual hub siren is pretty loud though. Louder than my local ADT panel was.

• You can adjust the volume of the siren in the panel, and it can be set to very loud! Do you mean can the hub use the sensors' alarms to sound upon intrusion? I don't think that is possible.

• I have both, the alarm on the base station is plenty loud, you can hear it everywhere in the house. I don't believe the sirens can sync up though.
