“CANNOT PLUG DONGLE INTO THE SUBWOOFER??? I have purchased two of these Subs and both of them have a manufacturer's defect--- The plastic female connector slot, on the Subwoofer, is too small? Anyone else have this problem?? How did you fix it?”

I thought the dongle was supposed to go into the SOUNDBAR. This way a source signal is sent to the sub.
