“Samsung T70 can replace my jbl 5.1 soundbar in sense of sound quality?”

If I use a pair of these in stero with my TV as the audio source can I lower the bass all the way to zero for nighttime listening, I have neighbors. If not how low can I turn The Bass? Norm
