“I got 2 MX-70T's, with the group play, when connected via Bluetooth to anything other than my mobile devices the sound from both speakers does not sync and sounds horrible, with studdering and skipping. I tried on my Samsung TV and Xigimi Horizon Pro.”

You may want to try updating the firmware of each Sound Tower to the latest version (ver1038) featuring the newest improvements and features. You can update the firmware by downloading the file from the Samsung Website and loading it onto a USB device.
