“Just got the dishwasher installed this week. Top rack doesn't stay open when loading/unloading. Is it supposed to do this? What am I missing?”

• Mine doesn't do that..think something is wrong with yours.

• If the dishwasher wasn't properly leveled when installed this could cause the tray to close.
