“When you open the door all the way, how far does the door go out? How much clearance do I need to get the door to open all the way?”

• The door needs 27" for the swing. I recommend at least 30" of front clearance. You usually will load the unit from the side where your sink is. If you want to stand in front of the door you will need more space.

• The door opens flat so you would need significant clearance to open it completely. That is really necessary to access the racks.

• The door opens completely out the height the front is. If you don’t leave enough room the bottom cover/kick plate catches. Also, the top shelf is only good for large utensils. Overall, this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned.
